Maybe sometimes, trusting someone is terrifying. To let someone into our lives can be a leap of faith that seems too dangerous to take. After all, to give someone your heart is to give then the power to completely destroy you. But it takes strength to have faith. To believe in the best of a person. And someday. Just someday. Maybe we will be rewarded for holding on to that faith. Even when things seemed hopeless. Just maybe we deserve.
