Sometimes life knocks us over. We fall to our knees and it is so easy to just stay there. It is so easy to just give up and say "no more". It can be really hard to stand up again. Maybe the fear of falling again will dissuade us from standing back up. In the words of the immortalised Micheal Jordan,"Limits, like fear, is often an illusion".
Fear not. Stand and press forward. Life goes on and so do we.
