Prayers be with Edmonton victims

Rarely do I get sucked into expressing my views on terrorism as it is a very sensitive topic that can relate to religion. My views on religions, regardless of which one, is meant to spread peace and virtue. So on that note, my prayers are with the victims of the attack and that I'm glad that all the victims survived the attack (at the time this post was written), and I wish all of them a speedy recovery.

The Canadian community also deserves high praise for coming together in a vigil for the victims. Such incidents have a notorious capacity of dividing a community and driving a wedge in the diversity of a nation and Canada has set a very admirable example in their reaction towards this event. May the world take their response as a benchmark and not allow hatemongers to succeed in their campaign to undermine the unity of one people.
